- QuarterKick, LLC (herein refered to as "QuarterKick") is an exclusively online retailer of performance and replacement moped parts. All products are shipped direct from QuarterKick's warehouse, and pickups are arranged by appointment or if we happen to be around when you stop by. We aim to never overcharge you on shipping and our handling charge is $2.00 USD per order. We provide shipments via USPS and UPS, and aim to ship all orders within two days of receiving them.

- QuarterKick values your privacy, and will never disclose your information to third parties. This site, like virtually all shopping sites, uses "cookies" to remember the contents of your shopping cart and your login information. This information is not personally identifiable, and is accessible only by QuarterKick's web servers. We will only use your information to fulfill your order, and administer and enhance our shopping site and service.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be issued on a case by case basis. If you feel you are in need of a return, you may contact QuarterKick to begin the return process. The customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. If the item is found to be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and with all original undamaged packaging and accessories, a return for the original purchase price will be issued, minus shipping. If you attempt to install the item prior to returning it, you will not be refunded. QuarterKick will attempt to provide you with as much information as possible about the products sold through our site. However, we are not responsible for parts functioning on your particular vehicle. If you have any questions about a part for sale through our website, please contact us before purchasing, as we will not provide returns in these cases.
